1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of raidertechnologies.com (the “Site”), operated by Raider Technologies LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Raider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site is an informational website only. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site Is Not a Contract or Offer

The Site is provided for general information. Any sale, license, demonstration, evaluation, development work, or service by Raider is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by Raider, and nothing on the Site is an offer, commitment, quotation, or agreement to provide any product or service.

If you have a signed agreement with Raider (such as a non-disclosure agreement, customer or purchase agreement, license, statement of work, employment agreement, or other signed contract), that signed agreement controls to the extent anything on the Site or in these Terms conflicts with it.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes only. You agree not to: use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation; use, export, re-export, or transfer any content in violation of U.S. economic sanctions, export-control, or national-security laws and regulations; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site; or scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our permission.

4. Informational Purpose; No Reliance

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Product and service names, descriptions, capabilities, images, and specifications are illustrative, are subject to change, and may describe planned or in-development features.

Descriptions on the Site are not engineering specifications, acceptance criteria, certifications, regulatory approvals, or procurement commitments. Content on the Site is not operational, mission, safety, legal, export-control, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Actual results and performance vary based on configuration, environment, operating conditions, and use case. No statement on the Site guarantees any FAA, FCC, DoD, export-control, safety, or other regulatory authorization or approval.

5. Submissions and Unsolicited Ideas

Do not submit sensitive or restricted information through the Site, including through the contact form. Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data (including ITAR- or EAR-controlled data), information subject to a non-disclosure agreement, or any third-party proprietary or confidential information. The contact form is transmitted by email and is for non-sensitive, general business inquiries only. By submitting information, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it contains none of the foregoing.

Submitting an inquiry or other information through the Site does not create a non-disclosure agreement, confidential relationship, or any other obligation of confidentiality. Raider has no obligation to review, evaluate, use, keep confidential, return, or compensate you for any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or materials you submit.

6. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, layout, and software, are owned by Raider Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

“Raider Technologies,” the Raider logo, SkySweep™, and SignalSentry™ are trademarks of Raider Technologies LLC. All other product and company names, marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

7. Government and Third-Party Names and Logos

The Site may display the names, seals, emblems, or logos of U.S. Government organizations and other third parties in connection with programs, collaborations, or affiliations. Those names, seals, emblems, and logos remain the property of their respective owners, and their display does not grant you any license or right to use them.

The display of any government or third-party name or logo does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of Raider, its products, or its services by that organization or by the U.S. Government. References to government customers or programs are for identification only.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources, provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval of that site or its operator.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raider Technologies LLC and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raider Technologies LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, or, for matters within federal jurisdiction, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Raider regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. They do not supersede any separate signed agreement between you and Raider, which controls as described in Section 2.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
